How it works: The snippet listens for form submissions on your page. It looks for fields named

3. Connect a Google Form
Use this trigger code inside your form's script editor.
Paste it in Tools → Script Editor of your Google Form, then save and authorize.
After pasting: Run → onFormSubmit once to authorize, then set a trigger:

Operator control
The agent never initiates contact or changes lead status unless you have explicitly enabled the relevant automation and selected the allowed audience. It sends one message at a time and waits for the lead response before continuing, unless a specific follow-up rule is enabled. All activity is limited by the message and lead caps you set.
